Non-rotating Stabilizer The FXF type non-rotating stabilizer(rubber sleeve stabilizer)is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage.During drilling,stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body,but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively,as a result,the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall.The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a latch clutch to prevent from rotating.
